Tenthirtythree Privacy Policy

Tenthirtythree, LLC (“Tenthirtythree,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website, appointment enquiries, and studio-managed bookings.

Our collective includes independent practitioners with their own businesses. The way your information is handled depends on whether you contact the studio, use Mindbody, or contact a practitioner directly.

Information we receive

How appointment requests work

Our “Request an appointment” buttons open your email application with the intended recipient and selected service. Some requests also include the session length, price, and prompts for your preferred dates and times. You can review or edit the message before sending it; clicking the button does not itself send an email or confirm an appointment.

Direct emails to House of Luck & Visions are not automatically sent to the studio by our website. House of Luck & Visions is responsible for how they handle information they receive directly; ask them about their privacy practices and any separate booking, payment, or intake process.

Why we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, communicate service details or changes, maintain booking and business records, and support the operation and security of the studio and website. We may also use information as needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect rights and safety.

If you receive marketing communications from us, you may ask us to stop them or use an unsubscribe option provided in the message. Administrative messages about an appointment, payment, or privacy request may still be necessary.

When we disclose information

Mindbody bookings and payments

Our class schedule is provided through an embedded Mindbody service. We also use Mindbody for studio-managed bookings and related records.

When you use Mindbody, information may be collected by Mindbody, its payment or service providers, and the studio as relevant to your interaction; Mindbody describes contact, transaction, device, and other information in its Privacy Policy.

Mindbody may handle information both to support businesses using its services and for purposes described in its own privacy notice, so its practices are not governed solely by this studio policy (Mindbody Privacy Policy).

Our website does not have a separate studio-operated checkout form. Where a booking or payment takes place through Mindbody or another provider, review the notices presented by that service and contact the studio with questions about the records we hold.

Website services, cookies, and external links

The redesigned website uses the following services:

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect third-party booking functions. Mindbody provides information about its available privacy controls in Your Privacy Choices; those choices may be specific to the relevant website or subdomain, browser, and device.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including managing your enquiries and appointments, maintaining required business records, resolving disputes, and complying with applicable obligations. The appropriate period depends on the type of record, our relationship with you, and applicable requirements.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid including unnecessary sensitive details in an appointment-request email.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about information the studio holds about you, request a correction, request access or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights concerning your information.

We will review requests in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other permitted purposes.

For records held independently by Mindbody or a practitioner, contact that service or practitioner as well. We can help explain whether the studio holds the information you are asking about.

Children’s information

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has provided such information, please contact us so we can review and address it.

A parent or guardian should contact the studio before arranging services for a minor. Any information needed for a minor’s participation should be handled through the appropriate studio or practitioner process.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or privacy practices change. We will post the revised policy with its effective date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
